Hey everyone!

Long time no see...again. My bad!

Well these past few months have been incredible!

As a quick update I am currently serving in Albania! It is beautiful here, the mountains and greenery are amazing! My companion is Elder Garrett and he is such a legend. We get on really well. Plus he is super good with the language which is very helpful because I don't really understand anything again! I do miss speaking Greek but this is a great learning opportunity!

Since the time I last emailed one of our friends called Temple was baptized!! It was so amazing, he got to be baptised in the sea and a lot of the members and some non-members came! Being able to be a part of someone's journey of growth spiritually is the best and most fulfilling work! I am grateful I was able to be a part of that. I will attach some pictures!

Since being in Albania we have been super busy! Almost as busy as the roads here it is pretty insane! You see some pretty funny things on the roads. I saw a man feeding his cow in the middle sections between 2 roads... I had to look twice. The culture here is amazing, the people here are so warm, welcoming and friendly!

It was almost like coming to a different mission. Different language and culture but again what an amazing learning opportunity.

Serving a mission is THE best. It is such a great learning experience!

The closer we draw to our Heavenly Father the better our lives will get, in every aspect! Here is a quote that I love, "You can't take the people out of the slums but you can take the slums out of the people and then they can take themselves out of the slums." That is because the Gospel can change your view and thinking in life to a higher and holier view which then affects every part of your life! If you want to change then change your thoughts!

There is a scripture I love in Mosiah 2:41 and it says "And moreover, I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and happy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are blessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual; and if they hold out faithful to the end they are received into heaven, that thereby they may dwell with God in a state of never-ending happiness. O remember, remember that these things are true; for the Lord God hath spoken it."

Want to be happier? Study your Saviour Jesus Christ!

Hope you are all well and safe.

Love you all!

Elder Turner
